Panoramic View House is a family-owned property in Skala Kallirachi of Thassos, situated in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from the beach and the village center. Guests are able to enjoy a panoramic view from the balconies of the house, combining the Aegean blue and the green mountains of the village.

The request
Panoramic View House needed a modern website that would best showcase its unique aspects, convert visitors into bookers, and drive bookings directly through its website so as not to lose revenue to the online travel agencies. To meet the above requirements, I first conducted a detailed study of all the features of the property and its general philosophy.
The solution
I developed a beautiful and fully functional website that attracts visitors’ interest and offers them a pleasant navigation experience. The clear layout and well-organized content of the website help guests to be fully informed about the property. The website design was adapted to the esthetics of the house using a brown and orange motif.
Since most travelers prefer to make their reservations online, a booking engine should be at the top of the list. Therefore, I integrated a professional reservation system into the website that allows guests to check the availability and rates in real-time and finalize the reservation.
