Before arrival, you can use the app to share check-in instructions, a location map, and other important information.
During the stay, you can use it to share wifi codes, user manuals for appliances, local activities, insider tips like your favorite restaurants and bars, and more. You can also send check-out instructions. The welcome app offers a high level of care and hospitality that all guests appreciate and can earn you lots of positive reviews. The app is web-based, so your customers don’t have to download an app. They can access the app through a link and by using the credentials you have created through the administration panel.
